How does it work?
When you join our program you will get access to your own control panel where you can get banners and text links to promote ReddRacing.co.uk

When you refer a new member to us, you will receive 50% of their membership fee as a 'thank you'. This commission can be up to £60 if you refer someone who takes out a full one year membership.

terms of service TERMS OF SERVICE By joining the ReddRacing.co.uk affiliate scheme you agree to the following terms between you (hereafter referred to as the Affiliate) and Grove Publishing PROVISION OF LINK Grove Publishing shall provide the Affiliate with the code to display a Banner or text link on the Affiliate website and maintain software to ensure the identification and calculation of the traffic and purchase transactions generated by the Affiliate. The Affiliate shall: (a) Ensure that the principal website pages at the Affiliate site include the Banner, display positions and support for the promotion of ReddRacing.co.uk; (b) Only use the Banner as permitted pursuant to this Agreement, and solely for the purposes of this Agreement. The Affiliate shall not modify any Banner in any way, and shall regularly ensure that the link remains active; (c) Incorporate and prominently and continually display the most up to date code provided by Grove Publishing. DENIGRATION During the term of this Agreement, the Affiliate will not denigrate Grove Publishing, or any products or services of Grove Publishing or display any such items in a derogatory or negative manner on any Affiliate website. COOKIES AND TRACKING ReddRacing.co.uk will use commercially reasonable efforts to download onto the computer of each Internet user who accesses the Affiliate web site a cookie which will contain information sufficient to identify such user as having been referred to ReddRacing.co.uk by the Affiliate. COMMISSION STRUCTURE For the term of this Agreement, Grove Publishing will pay the Affiliate 50% of the initial membership fee of a customer referred to ReddRacing.co.uk 1 month membership - You earn GBP14.50 per new member 3 month membership - You earn GBP28.50 per new member 6 month membership - You earn GBP42.00 per new member 1 year membership - You earn GBP60.00 per new member RESERVATION OF RIGHT Grove Publishing reserves the right to refuse customers or to close the accounts of previously accepted customers at its own discretion. COMMISSION PAYMENT Grove Publishing will pay Affiliate commissions monthly in arrears, by personal cheque or PayPal transfer. For example, all commissions earned by the Affiliate during the calendar month of January will be paid during the first week in February. Grove Publishing will make all reasonable efforts to pay the Affiliate in a timely fashion. The initial commission payment shall be subject to a minimum payment of GBP20.00 All payments will be made in GBP Where the Affiliate is or becomes an account holder with ReddRacing.co.uk, the Affiliate will not be entitled to any referral fees for his/her own membership. REPORTS Grove Publishing will register new customers referred by the Affiliate. The Affiliate will be able to generate reports for their own account, and view the traffic generated and commission currently due to them, via the Affiliate control panel. TERMINATION Either party may cancel the present Agreement with notice in writing. Upon termination, the Affiliate must remove any and all Grove Publishing code from the Affiliate website, and all rights provided to the Affiliate under this Agreement shall immediately terminate. The Affiliate will be entitled only to those unpaid fees, if any, earned by the Affiliate on or prior to the date of termination. Grove Publishing may withhold the Affiliate final payment for a reasonable time to ensure that the correct amount is paid. OWNERSHIP OF DATA The Affiliate acknowledges and agrees that all forms of intellectual property associated with Grove Publishing including content, functionality, designs and brands shall remain entirely the property of Grove Publishing. Nothing in this Agreement shall confer an Affiliate any rights in any Grove Publishing site content. Grove Publishing shall retain ownership and control of the database containing Customer Information. INDEMNITY The Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold Grove Publishing, its directors, officers, employees, and representatives harmless from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, and costs, including legal fees, resulting from, arising out of, or in any way connected with (a) any breach by the Affiliate of any warranty, representation, or agreement contained in this Agreement, (b) the performance of the Affiliate duties and obligations under this Agreement, (c) the Affiliate negligence or (d) any injury caused directly or indirectly by the Affiliate negligent or intentional acts or omissions, or the unauthorized use of the Grove Publishing banners and links or this Program. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Grove Publishing will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore Grove Publishing aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Affiliate Program will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to Affiliate under this Agreement. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION During the term of this Agreement, the Affiliate may be entrusted with confidential information relating to Grove Publishing business, operations, or underlying technology and/or the Affiliate Program. The Affiliate shall not disclose or use of any such confidential information to third persons unless it has Grove Publishing prior written consent. The Affiliate agrees it will use the confidential information only for the purposes of this Agreement. The obligations with respect to confidential information shall survive the termination of this Agreement. DISCLAIMERS Grove Publishing makes no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Affiliate Program, the potential to earn income from the Affiliate Program, or any products or services sold through the Affiliate Program (including, without limitation, warranties of fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, or any implied warranties arising out of a course of performance, dealing, or trade usage). In addition, Grove Publishing makes no representation that the operation of its site or products and services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and it will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors. The Affiliate should be aware that legal restrictions might be imposed on the marketing of ReddRacing.co.uk in certain jurisdictions. Grove Publishing will not be responsible for any liability incurred as a result of Affiliate actively promoting its services in such jurisdictions. RELATIONSHIP Grove Publishing and the Affiliate are entering into a non-exclusive Affiliate Program as independent contractors. The Affiliate is not an employee, partner, agent, franchisee, joint venture partner or in any other way related to Grove Publishing. Grove Publishing has no responsibility or liability in regard to the Affiliate website or business, nor does the Affiliate have any interest whatsoever in the business of Grove Publishing. SPYWARE Grove Publishing is opposed to the use of spyware, adware (Gator etc.) or any other method of unauthorized browser acquisition. Grove Publishing reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if the Affiliate is found to be using any of the above methods to redirect traffic to any website operated by Grove Publishing. Grove Publishing may, at its discretion, request the Affiliate to cease such practices within 7 days, or this Agreement may be terminated. UNAUTHORISED E-MAILS Grove Publishing is opposed to the use of spam or any other method of unauthorised e-mail. The Affiliate agrees not to promote any product of Grove Publishing via these methods and indemnifies Grove Publishing of any responsibility or liability if such methods are used. PAYMENT Commissions will only be paid on sales of leads identified by means of the tracking software. WAIVER Grove Publishing failure to enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of Grove Publishing right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.
